This is a rare landlocked saltwater lake where over a million years ago the jellyfish got trapped when the seas rose. Over time, the jellyfish evolved and lost the ability to sting which is why she is not being harmed by them in this video. They also developed a symbiotic relationship with an organism that lives in their bodies, which produces energy for the jellyfish from photosynthesis.
